Objectives

  1. Ensure that signs are compatible with the use, scale and character of the land to which they relate; and
  2. Allow for business identification signs for approved business within these areas.

Controls

  1. Pole or pylon signs must not exceed 2m above existing ground level.
  2. All signs must be located wholly within the property boundaries.
  3. Illuminated signs are not permitted
