- Provide the framework for the protection and enhancement of water quality and management of stormwater within the Site.

- The design and performance of the stormwater management system infrastructure must have regard to the Water Sensitive Urban Design measures contained within the Cardno, May 2013, Water Cycle Management Report and addendum reports dated June 2013.
